Kelly McLendon will be attending the American Health Information Management Association's annual convention October 1-6 in Salt Lake City. He will be speaking about "Privacy Automation - Tips and Tools" for the AHIMA Privacy Institute on Saturday and Sunday, and conducting an 8-hour AHIMA Privacy Workshop/HIPAA Privacy Bootcamp on the Thursday following the show. Kelly will be available to meet during the main convention, Monday through Wednesday, or in conjunction with his pre and post conference speaking engagements he is performing. CompliancePro Solutions is pleased to announce that Stony Brook University Medical Center has agreed to beta test PrivacyPro™, our Privacy Information Management solution. Stony Brook will be evaluating and utilizing PrivacyPro's web-based solution for managing wrongful disclosures, AOD/Access requests, amendment and restriction requests, BA agreement tracking and other HIPAA requests. Beta testing will begin in late July, 2011.

May 8, 2011: CompliancePro Solutions Signs First Customer Site - Dosher Memorial Hospital
CompliancePro Solutions and Dosher Memorial Hospital in Southport, North Carolina have reached agreement to deploy PrivacyPro™ at their facility. Dosher is a Critical Access community hospital with 25 staffed acute care (inpatient) beds and 64 licensed skilled nursing center beds. Dosher will be using PrivacyPro™ to automate their privacy compliance processes and, as a first customer site, will be providing valuable feedback to the PrivacyPro™ design team as they continue to refine and expand the PrivacyPro™ product.
